I really wish they would put the Classic FIRM workouts on DVD. The new FIRM workouts are much too 'girlie'.

Best Workout Video Ever Created!
I absolutely LOVE The FIRM and by that I mean the classic FIRM workouts created by Benson, Benson & Henrikson 1986-2001. These workouts kick your butt and will have you in shape in no time. Body Sculpting Basics (aka Volume 1) is the holy grail of all workout videos! You do aerobics and also lift weights to burn fat and sculpt beautiful muscle. The music is perfectly synced with the moves. If you don't mind stepping back into the 80s (leotards, leg warmers, big hair, music) for an hour about 3-5 days per week you will reap the benefits of doing this video VERY quickly. Your body will be the healthiest, smallest, tightest and firmest it's ever been. The FIRM also had a production style unlike any other workout video ever created to date. Get this video and DO IT! Also don't forget to eat healthy as this will be 80% of your results. You won't be disappointed!Amazing Work-Out
I've been doing this tape since I was in high school (which has been over 17 years) and I LOVE it! Each and every time I 'fall off the wagon' on my weight loss program, I stick this tape in and remember to respect the health I have and this one and only body I have. This tape is a great motivator and it certainly does it's job by kicking your behind right back in shape. Once you do this work-out, you will feel so energetic, like you can take on the world. Pair it with eating right and you'll actually see the pounds drop off. By far thee best video work-out ever made!I Love it!
I started The Firm workouts with the original Body Sculpting Basics with Susan Harris. I Love it! It is still my favorite exercise video. It challenges me every time and the results are amazing.
No Better Video Workout
I had this VHS but am not able to find it or find one to purchase... they don't sell them anywhere... this is the best workout ever... my sister and daughters love it and once I find one I will never let it out of my sight again. I absolutely love The FIRM Classic workouts - nothing else compares! I bought this video when I graduated college in 96. I went from a State of the Art gym to no gym at all in the small town I was from and found myself getting out of shape. I bought this video and was back in shape PRONTO!!
